We all want to feel healthy, happy and fulfilled, and with the advancements in personal safety and modern conveniences, it could appear that there is very little holding us back from achieving that. However, even with the wide variety of new lifestyle options that have been created within the western culture, we now have a landscape where it has become increasingly normal to be unwell. While the following numbers are based on people, our animals aren't faring much better - according to Statistics Canada over half of all Canadians are on at least one prescription medication, and almost half have at least one major chronic disease. Our life expectancy is falling, rather than increasing, and the sad thing is that we have the power to change a lot of these stats - if we take the time to get serious and take charge of our health- because so many of these illnesses are lifestyle and stress related diseases.
Our Wellness Services center around the significant impact that intentional choices have on our wellbeing and the wellbeing of our animal companions. We've spent over twenty years studying in the field of health and wellness, including dual certification from IAWP in Holistic Wellness Coaching and Holistic Life Coaching, Certification as a Celestine Vision Mentor, and as an Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, as well as numerous other shorter courses and trainings. In the process we've learned that there is no right way of living that works for everyone. However everyone can discover the ways that work for them, and our services help foster the journey to wellness. The goal isn't for everyone to be the same, look the same, follow the same plan, it's for each individual to have access to the support and resources they need to find their own way.

Naturally You is specifically designed for people who want to make changes towards living in harmony with nature, in ethical, earth supporting ways. Our doctor once told us that "We live in an increasingly toxic world," and with the lack of oversight into what is allowed into our food, water, air, and other products for humans and domesticated animals, it is increasingly important that we take the time to actually make choices about what we allow into our lives and our bodies.
Wellness 360' focuses on the twelve main areas in each of our lives, and the different strategies we can use to to bring each of them into balance. Participants work through core steps to overcome old habits and conditioning, while exploring their own needs and wants to make well thought out lifestyle shifts.
