FAQ
What should I wear?
Comfy clothing that you can move in. Please remove all jewellery, especially anything that is magnetic or has batteries such as watches. Long hair should be worn in a way that is comfortable for laying on a massage table face up and face down.
Can I come when I'm ill?
If you have ANY contagious illness, please call to reschedule. We do not work on people if they a viral or bacterial infection, however we are happy to give you some suggestions to work on at home. If you have an illness that is not contagious, please let us know what is going on and we will work with you to determine if it in your best interest to come.
What if I need to cancel a session?
No problem, we can reschedule. However if cancelled with less than 24 hrs notice, 1/2 of the payment is due. If you fail to show up without cancelling, or cancel within a couple of hours of the session start time, the entire fee is forfeit. For same day cancelations please call or text 250-392-0805.
When will you cancel sessions?
We will also reschedule if we have any contagious illness, or any other issue that will interfere with the quality of the treatment given.
Do you sell gift certificates?
Yes! We offer gift certificates for all of our services.
Where do you offer treatments/workshops?
We have access to an indoor/outdoor space in Williams Lake, as well as our acreage on Fox Mountain. We also travel to other locations for workshops and treatments for an additional $.50/km fee.
